The developer is MIA Investment, a partnership with more than thirty years in luxury and mixed-use construction.
The residences
One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, served by the hotel: infinity pool and pool bar, spa, gym and fitness studios, a rooftop garden, a private beach with bar and restaurant, 24-hour concierge, valet and secure parking. Owners may use hotel services and place their residence in the operator’s rental programme.
Location
The beach is ten metres away, the town centre 500 m, the marina 700 m and the old town one kilometre — for buyers who want Budva’s energy rather than the quieter bay, this is the most central branded address on the coast. Prices, unit sizes and the delivery schedule are released by the developer on request; Montwells holds the current price list.
