Herceg Novi

Herceg Novi faces the open sea at the entrance to the bay, which gives it the mildest winters on the coast and a town built in terraces of gardens — mimosa in February, orange trees in every yard. The seven-kilometre seafront promenade links Igalo's spa, the old town and the villages of Topla, Savina and Meljine. Dubrovnik airport is forty minutes away.

Year-round residents and retirees from Northern Europe, and since Portonovi opened, buyers who want a One&Only lifestyle with a real town next door. Prices outside Portonovi are the most reasonable on the Boka side of the coast.
