Montwells exists for the step before that: comparing Porto Montenegro with Luštica Bay, a Portonovi marina residence with a stone house in Perast, an off-plan price with what the same money buys completed — and then negotiating with whichever developer or owner you choose.
We are paid the same whichever property you buy, which is the only honest basis for advice.
